Double room - Kennington/E&C - £954 incl bills

Hi all,

I am moving out of London and have a lovely room available to rent available from the first week of December.

The Room:
Comes furnished with a spacious double bed and huge wardrobe. I also have a desk and a dresser to sell, if interested. It has large windows that catch evening light and looks over our lil patio.

The House:
You will share the house with 2 lovely women- a 31 yo civil servant (who is also an amazing baker, lucky you), and a 35 year old documentary and TV producer. You will be on the first floor of the house, and share a (newly renovated) bathroom with one flatmate.
The house has a spacious, bright living room and open kitchen, as well as a cute lil patio which is ideal for summer hangs. We also have a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Location:
10 min walk to Kennington, 15 min walk or 5 min bus to Elephant and Castle. Right off Walworth Road and next to numerous bus stops that take you to all over London. You're very close to some lovely coffee shops, bars and Burgess Park.

Admin bits:
The total you'll pay every month is £954 including rent, all bills and internet. We have a kind and responsive landlord. Dexter's handles the paperwork and you'll come on as a sub-lease until the current contract runs out, which is Aug 2026.

Looking for a kind and respectful person, who is keen to treat this like a home. We want someone in their late 20's to mid 30s, employed, and who can provide a right to rent.
