So, I’ll be heading back home to Dubai for a family emergency from around December 20th and I’m looking for someone to takeover my contract. It’s a pretty comfy and modern spot on Madron Street, Walworth (SE17), just behind a high street. Tesco, Lidl and the bus stop are literally a 1 minute walk, and there are plenty of cafes, Bars (The George) and restaurants around whenever you want to grab something. ( THE TENANT WILL ALSO GET A TESCO CLUB CARD WHICH WILL GIVE 15% OFF ANY TESCO ON ANYTHING)

It’s got great transport links too, about 20 minutes by bus to Bank & 5mins to E&C underground, so getting around London is easy.

Water, Wi-Fi, and Council Tax are included, and there’s monthly cleaning too. Electricity and gas are on usage, but everything else is sorted. It’s a chill place with a friendly and clean flatmates, perfect if you study at UAL.
