Two fab bright double rooms available in a spacious, friendly professional house share near Borough / Elephant & Castle. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan living area and a private garden. You’d be living on a quiet residential street with very little foot traffic, with two wonderful female professionals. The available rooms are medium double with heaps of storage.

You’ll be living with Laura (27, Actor), Niamh (30 , Fashion Merchandiser), both kind, friendly, and considerate. They have a lovely balance of socialising together (film nights, dinners, etc.) but also respect each other’s space. Both work full-time, so the house is peaceful during the day. On an evening, we enjoy the odd dinner, film night, or pub trip but equally love downtime.

The home is kept clean and tidy with a simple cleaning rota (just one clean every four weeks!)

15-20 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle and Borough stations (Northern/Bakerloo line) within easy walking distance of Lidl, Tesco, and Asda.

8 mins walk to Burgess Park (perfect for runs, tennis courts, picnics etc) and walking distance to Borough Market and London Bridge.
