A lovely bright double room available in a spacious, friendly professional house share just off Burgess Park / Elephant & Castle. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan living area and a private garden. You’d be living on a quiet residential street with very little foot traffic, with three wonderful female professionals. The available room is medium double with plenty of storage, and faces into the garden area. Feels very green and relaxing space.

You’ll be living with Laura (27, Actor), Niamh (30 , Fashion Merchandiser) and Orla (35, Dietitian) all kind, friendly, and considerate. They have a lovely balance of socialising together (film nights, dinners, etc.) but also respect each other’s space. Everyone works full-time, so the house is peaceful during the day. On an evening, we enjoy the odd dinner, film night, or pub trip but equally love downtime.

The home is kept clean and tidy with a simple cleaning rota (just one clean every four weeks!)
