Looking for a replacement tenant for a lovely 2-bed flat share in Elephant and Castle/ Kennington area. The current tenancy agreement is due to expire on 16/01/26 but my flatmate (a close friend and very lovely girl!) would consider extending the lease if preferred. I’m looking to move out at the beginning of November so there’s some flexibility for move in date.

The flat:
A 2-bed flat in the O Central development, with Elephant & Castle and Kennington tube stations both walkable within 10 minutes. The flat is bright and modern with a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area, balcony (currently not in use) and one shared bathroom. It’s fully furnished, with lift access and a 24-hour concierge. Your room is a comfortable double, with built-in storage and plenty of natural light.

About me:
I’m easygoing, considerate, and like to keep the flat clean and calm. I’m about to move to France which means I’ll be leaving 2 months before the 12 month contract ends. Both myself and the friend I’m sharing with are full-time healthcare professionals and enjoy relaxing evenings at home. Looking for someone similar- friendly, sociable and respectful of the shared space.
