Ensuite room in a 2-p, 73.5sqm flat in E&C

I'm moving out of my lovely flat near Elephant Park and I'm looking for a replacement (asap, exact date flexible).

Flat is spacious and modern, with underfloor heating, good storage space, large kitchen/living room, and underfloor heating. The room has a double bed and two bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and plenty of space for another large wardrobe if desired (left as you come in).

The area is great, with plenty of restaurants and cafes recently opened, a new and spacious gym just 3min walk (The Gym Group), and 6-7mins walk from Elephant & Castle tube station. I've been living in the area for c.3 years and absolutely love it!

My flatmate is amazing! She's 29, Spanish, and works at a food delivery scale-up.

Current contract runs until Jul'26, directly with landlord.
