Hi 👋🏼 I’m currently looking for a new flatmate.

🚇 The flat is directly outside Rodney Place bus stop, a short walk to Elephant and Castle train (5 minutes), and a short walk to Elephant and Castle tube (6 minutes).

🛍️ It’s very close to two gyms, lots of restaurants, yoga spots. The complex itself has a gorgeous gym overlooking the Shard and London Eye. It also has its own club rooms, a huge garden, a game room, and tons of work rooms as well.

🛏️ It is a fully furnished, high-spec new build apartment, including a double bed with an ottoman storage, a bedside cabinet, and three huge wardrobes.

⏲️ It has a modern kitchen with all integrated appliances and washer/dryer. We have a large balcony and access to a stunning communal gardens space, as well as 24/7 concierge for all those amazon deliveries!

🐶 The apartment comes with a dog as well! He’s 8 kg and a bundle of joy. He gets a bath every week and his paws are cleaned every time he comes into the flat. He’s respectful of your personal space and fully trained as well.

🧍🏼‍♂️I'm a live in tenant looking for an easy going and clean/tidy flatmate to make the flat a home. I’m pursuing my postgraduate degree at KCL. I spend most of my free time exercising, hanging out with my friends, or traveling!
