Room in Zone 1

Hi all,

There is 1 room available in our gorgeous 4 bedroom house in Elephant and Castle from 9th November 2025 but with some flexibility on the move in date. The contract is till 8 March with the option to extend it 👭

I’ll be super sad to leave as they are such a sweet bunch but I am planning to move in with my boyfriend 😢

THE HOUSE 🏠
- 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a living area and a backyard
- Very well insulated with double glazing and radiators in all rooms and bathrooms
- Has a laundry with a washer and dryer, dishwasher and various built in storage space

THE LOCALITY 🛣️
- 3 min walk from a bus stop for direct buses to central London
- 20-30 min walk to most London landmarks like London Bridge, Waterloo and Bank
- 15 minute walk to Elephant and Castle station (Bakerloo, Northern line and National rail)
- 6 min walk from Tesco Superstore, 3 min walk from Lidl

THE ROOM 🛏️ (£900): On the ground floor, built in cupboards (loved this about living here), double bed with mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table included.

Bills work out to be around £100 per month (depending on the season) including electricity, gas, broadband, water and council tax. On street parking permit available.

ABOUT YOU 👑
We're looking for a working professional in mid-late 20s. If you're easy-going, reliable, respectful and love an occasional round of board games, movie nights and/or exploring the city, you're exactly who we are looking for! Abijeet's boyfriend visits from Europe every few months so a LGBTQ+ friendly house is crucial for us 🏳️‍🌈
+ we have a cat in the house so must be okay with cats 🐈‍⬛

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES 👯
They‘re all 25 year old working professionals. Abijeet and Shruti met at uni and Zuza on Gals who rent + her cat Niffler 🐈‍⬛
Shruti is a Data scientist, Abijeet is an Actuary and Zuza works in retail. Every once in a while their fun side comes out at house parties or over an intense game of Catan 🎲
Abijeet and I would also regularly motivate each other at the gym (or just to go hehe)🏋🏻‍♀️
