Modern en-suite in Elephant Park serviced flats

After 3 great years, I’m moving out of Get Living Elephant & Castle and looking for someone to take over my half of the tenancy (ends in September 2026 but is renewable). At £1,465 per month, the room is great value for Zone 1. It’s only a 20min bus ride from Soho and even closer to London Bridge, Blackfriars, etc. There’s Gymbox and TheGym only 3 minutes from the flat, as well as two Sainsbury’s, Pret, Joe & The Juice, Gail’s, pharmacies, a library, Pilates studio, and yoga studio so you never have to go far for anything you might need.

You’ll be moving into master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows (and blackout curtains for when you’re not feeling the natural light), and a stunning marbled en-suite bathroom. There’s plenty of storage space (large wardrobe, chest of drawers) and the room is in great condition.

The flat is serviced so you have concierge to support you with the little things like grabbing your mail or printing a document for you all the way to maintenance support.

The living room and kitchen are open-space, and there is also a balcony with a sliding door so you can get an indoor-outdoor vibe in the summer. There is central heating of course and it also heats up the towel rail in your en suite should you wish to.

You’ll be living with Zoe, a really lovely 33 y/o woman that works in the financial services industry. 4 days a week from the office and 1 WFH. I’ve listed some of her interests in the flatmate info section, and she’s super welcoming and open-minded.

The building also has a 3rd floor terrace if you want to get some fresh air, and a co-working space for weekdays. Wi-if is included in the bills. We have a resident app where you can chat to neighbours and the building also often arranges socials to foster a community spirit :)
