2-month sublet in Jan/Feb

Subletting my room for 2-months in this lovely house in Elephant & Castle. It’s a 2-bed house, sharing with Mark - a lovely guy in his early 30s. He’s so chill & respectful as a housemate, it’s like living with a v friendly big brother.

The monthly rent includes all bills & a cleaner who comes every two weeks. The local area is grand - various parks, supermarkets, Gail’s, Joe & the juice etc. and access to the northern line & other tubes is fab.

Looking for a girl to move in for the two months as the balance works really well. We’ll be doing viewings asap. Message me if interested xx
