Due to a change in my work, I’ll be leaving London earlier than planned, so I have to sublet my lovely room at One the Elephant (OTE) — a place I’ve truly loved living in 😭

• 2B1B flat, you’ll be sharing with a very nice and quiet female KCL master’s student
• My room is on a high floor, bright and quiet
• All furniture can be left for free (TV, sound system, dressing table, desk, gaming chair, full-length mirror, etc.) — everything in matching pastel pink & white 🎀
• If you’re interested, price is negotiable but definitely one of the most affordable options in OTE!

🏙️ About the building:
• One the Elephant: new building with 24/7 concierge and modern facilities
• Downstairs: a Sainsbury’s and a Chinese supermarket
• 1 min to multiple bus stops, 3 min to the Elephant & Castle station (tube + train)
• 5 min walk to UAL LCC, 15 min to KCL, 20 min to UCL by bus
• Soho, Chinatown, and Oxford Street are all within 30 min!
• Amazing food delivery options, especially Chinese food 🍜

👭 Ideal flatmate:
• Female preferred, clean and tidy
• No bringing strangers or boyfriends home overnight
• No smoking or loud parties, respectful of shared space

📅 Sublet period:
• From late January to mid-July (flexible start date)
• You can also extend the contract officially if you’d like to stay longer (the landlord is lovely 💕)
