I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from Friday 19 December. The tenancy runs until the end of April 2026, and you’ll have the option to renew the agreement.

Double room in Metro Central Heights that comes with a double bed, small desk, stool, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. There is a large wardrobe/store cupboard directly outside the bedroom too. There is also a large 2 person-desk in the living room.

Building facilities include 24 hour concierge, swimming pool, steam room and gym.

2 mins walk to the tube and big Sainsbury’s, 15 mins walk to Lidl, 20 mins walk to London Bridge or Waterloo.

You’d be sharing the flat with Jackie (28) a full time working professional, working from home 4 days a week. She is ideally looking for a friendly, working professional aged 25-35.
