We’re a brother (32) and sister (28) duo both working professionals with a mix of WFH and office days. We’re easy-going, tidy, and friendly, usually out and about socialising or playing sports. We like a chat whilst cooking, but no pressure to hang out.

A working professional ideally, (late 20s–30s) who’s friendly, tidy, and considerate. You’ll need to pass the letting agent’s reference checks (UK guarantor or work references required).

* £1,015 per month + ~£250 bills (includes fortnightly cleaner for communal areas)
* Rent due on the 10th of each month
