One existing Flat mate, a 25 year old Student Studying at City and guilds of London art school. Bills included, available for one person £900 per month or for a couple £1200 per month. Previous occupants were a couple who comfortably shared the room. Room comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and draws. Sunny living room, one bathroom with bathtub, small kitchen.
