Short term sub-let in Central London

Hello,

Looking to let this room for short-term, about 1 month, while I will be travelling abroad in January & February.Dates: 15th January-14 February

It is a lovely spacious 3-bedroom Flat in Elephant & Castle. The locations is perfectly convenient, with a 5-7 min walk to the tube station, 3 minute walk to Sainsbury's, & super great connectivity to anywhere in London through bus routes, with bus stops within 2-5 minutes walking distance from the property. You've also got the Elephant park just 5 mins away & has some really good cafes, restaurants, Gymbox, local pubs, Bookcafe, Library etc.

The flat is on the ground floor so great ease of access. The room is furnished with a bed/mattress, bed-side small storage, desk & a chest of drawers (Will be leaving all of my bits in the cupboard so that won't be accessible)There house is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer-dryer, & super fast WIFI.
The other 2 flat mates- 1 female, 1 male, are working professionals in their late 20s & early 30s. It's not a super busy house but they're very friendly & welcoming, & also love a good chat. Bills are around £100 a month.
