Double room available in spacious home 🏠

We have a Double room which will be available from the first week of December. The room is on the ground floor of a spacious house in a quiet area, but still close to the hustle and bustle. We’re a 15 minute walk from Elephant & Castle station, with burgess park just down the road and a Lidl round the corner! The room is fully furnished as in the photos. There's a shared kitchen, office, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers/baths), living room (with a sofa bed - plenty of room for visitors), and a garden with a fire pit!

You will be living with 4 other lovely housemates - Mike, Rosanna, Doug & Frances. All working full time and sometimes working from home - plenty of space for another to wfh too.

Rent is £885 + bills that come to around £130. We all chip in for the basics.
