Room in a 2-bed new built flat - Elephant & Castle

Looking for a flatmate to join a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in a new built development in Elephant Park (Elephant & Castle). The room (bedroom 2) has its own bathroom just across the corridor. The Flat has a balcony and a shared living room with kitchen. The flat is rented as unfurnished, but I already brought a sofa and a kitchen table. There is also a small double bed in the advertised room, which you can either keep or swap for your own. The development has an elevated garden access and a rooftop terrace. The room is available now.

The flatmate will be added to the existing lease which is running until October 2026 with an extension possible (the cost for this should be £50, but TBC). The landlord is a professional letting agency with an on-site office. The landlord will run the usual employment checks
/references.

About me: I am a 28 year old professional working in the city. WFH/office is split about 50/50.
