King room with own bathroom in large modern flat

This ad will be filled out more fully when I have time and can remember to take pictures.

Some essential details for now:
- Comes equipped with the most incredible dog in the world. He's my assistance dog so you'll just need to be able to follow some (simple) instructions on how to interact with him to maintain boundaries
- Comes with a king-size bed with large drawers, a large separate wooden chest of drawers, a large freestanding wardrobe, a very nice large desk and chair
- I bought this flat because the spare bedroom (yours) is bigger than most of the master bedrooms in the places I'd viewed
- Has a large separate bathroom with a full bath. I have an en-suite
- Very large open plan living room, kitchen, and dining room with recessed balcony and a separate hallway (i. e. the front door doesn't enter directly into the living room)
- 6th floor, situated over the courtyard, little street noise, direct view of Canary Wharf and, if you put yourself at risk, The City
- 70Mbps internet (full fibre expected sometime, who knows. I'll get it when it's installed)
- I'm 36, sober, work from home, am out several nights a week performing standup comedy and improv comedy

Estimated bills
- Electricity £70 each
- Internet £20 each
- Council tax £85 each
- Heating and hot water £40 each
These could be completely off base; I haven't had a flatmate since living here.
