Modern & friendly flat share in Elephant & Castle

I’m moving abroad and looking for someone to take over my bright and cosy double bedroom in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Elephant & Castle. The room comes with floor-to-ceiling storage, a king-size bed, and a desk/dressing table. The place is fully-furnished and lived in, so good to go from day 1.

The apartment features an open-plan living area in a building with a concierge service, parcel delivery lockers, and 24h security. Located just a short walk from both the Northern and Bakerloo lines, over the road from the National Rail station, and right around the corner from Elephant Park with great restaurants, shops and green spaces. Oh and Sainsbury’s is right downstairs too!

In the kitchen you’ll find a barista-standard coffee machine, along with a resident barista - Ben. He’s a busy business bee, and owns a couple of coffee shops in East London.

Ben and I have been good friends for 14 years - so I know him pretty well and can confidently say he is one of those people who is as excited about a good night out as he is having a night in binge-watching Hacks. We have friends over every now and again, but it’s not really a ‘party flat’ by any stretch of the imagination.

He’s got two friendly house cats - Hunter and Felix - who quite literally follow him around when he’s in and sleep in his room the majority of the day. Felix can be coaxed into a sofa snuggle and Hunter will give you the odd nudge before running back to dad.
