Hi! I am unfortunately having to move out of this amazing flat to move abroad - we offer a double bedroom with its own bathroom in a modern flat in Elephant & Castle, just a 4 minute walk from the tube. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a sofa, chest of drawers, bookshelf, two bedside tables and large wardrobe.

You’ll be moving in with Keith and Remi who share the other room, and the flat is bright, well-maintained, and has a fully equipped kitchen.

The location is great with excellent transport links and plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

The remaining tenants are a couple who share the other room (and their own bathroom). They have not yet decided if they want to renew the contract again in March, so there is a possibility the new tenant will need to find someone to replace them in March if they would like to renew the contract for another year.
