I’m looking to sublet my double bedroom in a shared flat from 12th December until 7th January. Ideal for someone looking for a temporary, fully furnished place.

The sublet is open anytime within those days, there is no need to start renting the 12th of December but it's mandatory to finish the 7th of January or earlier.

About the room:

Approx 15 m², furnished with a double bed (duvet included) with bedside table + lamp, desk + chair, 3 wardrobes with hangers, and a drawer.

Bright and comfortable — perfect for short-term stay or studying/working from home

Shared spaces:

Bathroom with shower + separate toilet, shared with 3 other flatmates

Kitchen has oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils, and there is a small but cozy living room for relaxing or eating together.

You’ll be living with 3 friendly housemates, all of them students.

Location:

At 25 Bronti Close — very convenient to get to the city center.

Quiet, residential area

Rent & Deposit:

Rent: 210 / Week (all bills included)
Deposit: £200

Sublet term: Anytime from 12 Dec → 7 Jan (exact dates fixed).

ID required.
