Double room available in bright, modern apartment

Hi - I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom.

About the place: The room is furnished with a small double bed (with a Simba mattress which is only three months old), set of drawers and wardrobe. It's a lovely, homely space.

The apartment itself is a good size (65 sq meters) with a spacious open-plan living area. It's south facing and gets lots of natural light (even in the winter). All the amenities and furniture are new, and the building itself is only around nine months old. There is one bathroom, which has plenty of cabinet space, and a new filter shower-head. It faces the road, but it's still very quiet and very safe and secure.

The building complex backs on to Elephant Park, and so all the restaurants, cafes, gyms and bars are just around the corner. It's a ten minute walk to the Northern Line and Bakerloo Line, and five minutes to Elephant and Castle main trainline station.

About me: I'm a doctor and work in a hospital Monday to Friday (with the occasional day working from home). I'm clean and tidy, friendly and chatty. That being said, I totally appreciate it when someone wants their own space. I'm looking for someone who's also clean and tidy (in the communal spaces) and friendly, and ideally doesn't work from home most days.
