I’m looking for someone to take over my double room with private en-suite in a 3-bed flat, only a 10-minute walk from Elephant & Castle station (Northern + Bakerloo). The flat is very well connected to central London.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I’m moving into a bigger place, so I need someone who can move in on the 12th and start referencing by the end of this week.

• Private en-suite (shower + toilet)
• Built-in cupboard
• Space for a desk and extra units
• Bright and comfortable

🏡 The Flat:
• Shared kitchen
• Washing machine & heating
• 4G WiFi
• Calm, respectful household
• Not a party flat

👥 Current Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two siblings (1 male, 1 female) in their mid–late 20s.
They’re chilled, tidy and respectful.

🌿 Looking For:
• Full-time professional
• Clean, respectful, easygoing
• Not planning to have lots of guests
• No students, no couples

📍 Location:
• 10 mins to E&C Underground
• Close to cafes, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Mercato Metropolitano, gyms and buses
• Safe, well-lit area
• Above a chicken shop & Lebanese grill
• Main road location

• I need someone ready to start referencing this week
• Viewings available tomorrow
• I will need a confirmed decision by Friday so the tenancy can be transferred in time
