Really bright double room in a modern building in Elephant and Castle, with concierge, secure bike storage and a common area. The location is great, opposite E&C station, and facing a little park.

You'll be sharing the place with Ed and Loris, as I am moving in with my girlfriend.

You'll be sharing the bathroom with Loris - there is another bathroom in the flat, but that's Ed's who got it in exchange for having the smallest room in the flat.

The flat is sociable but respectful and never loud.

The current contract officially ends at the end of July, but it's been rolled over for the last 4y, so it probably will be rolled over again.
