We’re looking for a female-identifying flatmate to join the household until at least January 2027 😊

The landlord is flexible on the move-in date, as long as it’s no later than the 7th of February. All viewings will take place on Friday the 16th of January, and I’ll be sending the selected name to the landlord on Sunday the 18th.

The flat has four bedrooms, one toilet, one separate bathroom, and a kitchen. There's no living room, but we've made it work so far! :) It's small, but the location is fantastic. We're just a 15-minute bus ride from Bank, Covent Garden, Parliament, and more.

The rent is £715 per month, plus bills. During the coldest months, bills can go up to £100 each.

We follow a cleaning rota, and we really do our best to keep the premises tidy and clean up after ourselves. We value having a new tenant who cares about cleanliness as much as we do! It's a very peaceful environment, and we'd love to keep it that way. We plan to stay at least until January 2027 (when our tenancy ends), and some of us have been living here since 2022.

You'll be sharing the property with three other tenants: Magda, Lennart, and Giulia.

We all work in different industries and have different routines, so we usually follow these house rules: no loud noises or music between 10 PM and 9 AM, no parties, no smoking inside, and no drugs.
