I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my place in a modern 2-bedroom flat in Raglan House, Elephant & Castle, sharing with my current flatmate. The building has concierge, parcel lockers, secure bike storage - and is located on the edge of Elephant Park. Only a short walk (less than 5 mins) from Elephant & Castle station & 15 mins walk from Waterloo Station, with excellent transport links into central London and bus routes into south.

The available room is a good-sized double in a 2-bed flat, suitable for a professional who wants a clean, comfortable and well-located home. The flat includes an open-plan living/kitchen area, modern shared bathroom, and all the usual amenities you’d expect in a relatively new-build style development. You’ll be renting one bedroom and sharing all communal spaces with the existing flatmate.

** This is a move aiming for move-in ~14th February & will involve both a viewing & a weekend meeting with the new flatmate before paperwork begins **

You will be taking over my place on the tenancy (subject to standard checks and approval by the landlord/agent), rather than signing a brand new separate agreement. 'Get Living' will manage the transfer & manage the building you will be moving into. The move-in date will align with the tenancy transfer date and any referencing the landlord/agent requires. Rent is for the room I’m vacating, and bills are shared between you and the existing flatmate (exact figures and current bill setup can be discussed when you enquire, but fall in the range of ~ £150). Council tax band E.

You’ll be sharing with my current flatmate - a 30 year old male working professional, who is tidy, respectful and easy to live with, and the flat would suit someone with a similar approach to shared living. It’s not a party flat – more of a relaxed, friendly home environment where you are mindful of each other’s schedules.

Raglan House is well located for Elephant & Castle tube and rail, and packed with local amenities (shops, gyms, cafés, etc.). The area is ideal if you want quick access to central London while still having plenty on your doorstep.
