• EPC B, council tax E. There is a £50 change in tenancy fee which I’m happy to cover but the deposit £1355.5 will need to be payable to me directly as mine will continue to be locked in the protection scheme until you both terminate the contract. Contract is 1 month, rolling from March 2026.
