I'm renting out an independent room in my newly renovated apartment – a lovely 20 m² ensuite in a new built modern building.

-its own private bathroom (toilet + shower),
-floor heating included in the rent
-a high tech ventilation system
-a private balcony
-a panoramic view of London, with St. Paul’s Cathedral and Shard – all just a 25-minute walk from home.
-the closest metro stop: Elephant & Castle is about a 5-minute walk.
The apartment also provides shared access to:
-a communal roof terrace
-a first-floor garden dining terrace
-a secure bike garage
-a new washer/dryer
-a brand-new kitchen with a dishwasher
-and for your private use only: an additional fridge, extra freezer, kettle and microwave
A bit about me: I work as a Design Manager in the City, studied Architecture & Engineering at UCL, practice yoga, bouldering and running daily.
Please note: the kitchen will be shared with my visiting family from Paris and if you're a student Council Tax is included in the rent.
The price is £1600/month (all bills included). Short term rental possible.
