Hi there!
I’m looking for someone to take over my current tenancy as I’ve now handed in my notice. There was a 6 month break clause in the contract which has been activated, so my move-out date is the 6th of March. You would be taking over my existing contract, which runs until 6th September, with the option to extend further. It was originally a year long contract.
Can try and be flexible between end of feb and start of March depending on my new tenancy.
(Reason for move out: I’m moving in with two of my mates)
The room itself is extremely bright and spacious, a major perk is having access to the private balcony which is a sun trap in the summer!
The flat is over two floors, it’s a 3 bed 2 bathroom, my floor includes my bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/ living room. There’s a dishwasher and washer/ dryer include also. The main bathroom is shared with one of my flat mates and the other has an en-suite.
I currently rent with two female Uni students who are doing their masters so are quite mature for the average uni student, we have a mutual agreement to keep our shared space clean and tidy so it’s quite a peaceful environment to live in.
I can’t argue with the location at all, being 5 minutes from the tube and around the corner from the lime bike stations. There are loads of shops close and a gym nearby.
I’ve room shared a few times and I’ve been very impressed with the managing agents, especially Marilyn the Property Manager. She is always quick to answering questions and solving issues. The paint in the bathroom was peeling due to the old extractor fan. Marilyn sent someone round to replace the fan and repaint just a few days later! Same goes for when the fridge needed replacing, all done super quickly with no questions asked.
