Double room in Elephant and Castle with garden :)

Hello! Our flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so we’re looking for someone to join us in our 3-bed house in elephant and castle.

We love the area!: it’s only 5 minutes from Elephant and Castle tube station which has the northern and Bakerloo lines. Waterloo and Southwark are both less than 15 min away. There are bus lines taking you pretty much everywhere, and there are loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We’re right across the street from the imperial war museum, which has a great park as well as football/basketball/tennis pitches.

The flat: There is a large outdoor space with a garden bench, which is superb in the summer, and a shared living room. Your room would face the garden, which is quiet and peaceful. The room is furnished with its own built-in storage, a bookshelf, double bed, desk and chair.

Who you’ll share with: You will be living with Diana and Iman, two full-time professionals (and plants enthusiasts!). We have our own lives but enjoy chatting and catching up in the kitchen and sharing a meal every so often. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house - this is important to us and needs to be respected.

We want someone who’s friendly, relaxed and is conscious about being clean. This is a place we treat as a home, like having friends over for board games and dinners, and would want you to feel open to share in it, too. We’re more lowkey so it’s not a party house. It’s a spacious house so we value the shared effort in keeping it clean.
