Double room in a bright 2 bed apartment

About the flat:
Our lovely flatmates are moving out and we're looking for someone to take over their room. The apartment is on a high floor in a new build with 24/7 concierge, a gym, co-working space and communal garden. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, oven and full-size refrigerator. The double bedroom has a built-in closet, its own bathroom with bathtub and a decently sized storage space.

Location is also great, 5 min to Elephant & Castle tube station with access to Northern and Bakerloo lines. There's also a decently sized Sainsbury's close by, as well as many restaurants, bars, shops and a lovely park right out the door.

The apartment originally came unfurnished, so the room will be emptied out and some furniture from the living room removed. We're happy to chat about adding whatever is needed.

About us:
We're a married couple from Mexico and we are both professionals. Caro (30) works as a Research Fellow and Raul (33) works in Tech. We are into fitness (yoga and running mostly), reading, and watching tv series and movies. We alternate working from home 3 to 4 days a week, but have our own desk in our room so we usually stay there during work hours.

We'd love to live with someone who values a clean, tidy and organised shared space. We're very respectful and considerate of personal time and space and also value the occasional chat in the living room. We also have A BUNCH of plants, so if you're a plant lover you'll be happy. 🌱
