En-suite Room – Student Accommodation – Elephant & Castle (Contract Transfer)

I’m looking to transfer my contract for an en-suite room in YourTribe Elephant & Castle (E1), a modern purpose-built student accommodation.

Key details:
• Location: Elephant & Castle (approx. 4 mins walk to Elephant & Castle or Borough station)
• 17 minutes to Guy’s Campus
• Room type: En-suite
• Rent: £1367.50 per month (all bills included)
• Contract end date: 10 September 2026
• Option to renew directly with the accommodation after the contract ends
• Official contract transfer via YourTribe (not subletting)
• I’m happy to cover the contract transfer fee

The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom. The shared kitchen is clean and well maintained.

Facilities include 24-hour reception, parcel service, gym, study rooms and laundry.

This room would suit students (or young professionals, subject to management approval).
