Large en-suite room - Elephant and Castle

Large en-suite bedroom in a 2-bed flat in Strata.

The room has a double bed, a built-in triple wardrobe and a desk. It is west-facing, with views of the London Eye and Houses of Parliament. The en-suite has a bath/shower.

There is a large shared kitchen/living area (with a dishwasher, TV, sofa, dining table, washing machine etc.). The building has a concierge and is very well connected (the tube, the overground and Elephant Park are a few mins walk away). The landlord is lovely and lives close-by. A cleaner currently comes every other Friday.

I’ve lived in the other bedroom for 3.5 years. I’m 27 and work as a lawyer (I’m normally in the office Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays). I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in the flat until the tenancy ends on 22nd August 2026 (although there may be some flexibility on this). The room is available from Saturday 7th February.

It would be great to have a flatmate who is relaxed and social, and wouldn’t mind joining/hosting occasional drinks and dinner parties at the weekends.
