💰Rent is £980 for the first month, excluding bills and council tax (usually around £120 per month), then £1,030 from April 1st.

🛏️ About: Spacious house with a big shared living room, kitchen, and a lovely back garden on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the first floor with a window facing the back of the house, and bathrooms are shared between two people, so you would be sharing with one other person. The room comes with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, built-in wardrobes, and a desk, with the option to request additional furniture from the agency if needed.

🌳🛍️The house is super well located, close to Sainsbury’s, Lidl, and Tesco Express, plus plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and gyms. The street itself is tucked away from the main road, so it’s nice and quiet.

You’ll be living with me (25), Paige (25) and Sarah (28) and we’re looking for a similar-aged girl to fill the room!
