I’m really sad to be leaving this flat, but I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over my room.

The flat is in a fantastic location, with the 343 and 136 buses right outside, taking you to Elephant & Castle in around 5 minutes. It’s located between two main roads, making it super convenient for getting around London. There’s a Tesco and Lidl very close by, plus a gym, restaurants, cafés, and takeaways all within easy walking distance.

Rent: £950 per month
All bills included (council tax, water, internet, etc.)
Gas & electricity are on top-up and shared between the flat
– approx. £30/month in winter and £10/month in summer
Deposit: £950
Move-in date: flexible

The bed is included (as seen in the photos)
Other furniture shown in the photos belongs to me and will be coming with me
The room has been great for working from home — I currently have my desk in the bedroom, but there is also space in the living room if you prefer to work there.

🏠 The flat & flatmates

You’ll be sharing with Diana and Egan, who are very dear friends of mine:

Diana works in finance and mostly works from home (her desk is in the living room)
Egan works in computer engineering
They’re both clean, respectful, and fairly quiet, but also enjoy spending time together in the living room — watching a movie or just chatting.

Everyone is very considerate of each other’s space and routines, which makes the flat feel relaxed and genuinely homely.
