Looking to flat-share in Elephant & Castle

I’m a professional dentist currently living in Battersea and looking to buddy up with the right flatmate for a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Elephant & Castle, with a move-in date at the beginning of March. I work full-time (5 days a week, 9am–5pm). The apartment is a modern, fully furnished place with an open-plan kitchen/living area, plenty of storage, two bathrooms, and a large balcony with great views across London. It’s in a Zone 1 location, close to shops, restaurants, Gymbox, and excellent transport links. I’ve viewed the apartment in person and I’m happy to send videos, photos, or go through the details.

I’m friendly, sociable, and easy-going, but I also really respect privacy and personal space. I like to keep my home clean, calm, and well looked after, and I’m considerate of the people I live with.
