Has a bed, wardrobe and drawer unit. Room for a desk if needed. Got chair already.

9th floor, good views and a balcony I've never used! Feel free to use it :-)

Shared kitchen lounge and bathroom. Big TV in the lounge (Sky Glass). Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and all that stuff.

Preference for those that go to work at least 2-3 days a week. Not looking for someone who works from home all the time. I typically work from home on Friday's.

I work in marketing and advertising, side hustle is working for the NHS.

Usually out 2-3 times during the weekday evenings and in/out over the weekend. Not a party animal, but have the occasional late night.

Bills likely to be around £150 a month.

Good heating system - Google Nest - place is never cold in the winter and not too bad in the summer, on the corner so get a good air flow.
