Room available in 2 bed 2 bath flat in SE1

The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a combined living and dining room. All the rooms have individual thermostats controlling the underfloor heating. The room has a double bed (with under-bed storage, bedside drawer, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and you would have full use of the main bathroom in the hallway that has lots of storage. The building has a concierge, gym, pool, and steam room, the use of which (plus the water bill) is included in the rent. Parking can be made available if required!

The building is super convenient and well-connected:
- 3 min walk to Elephant and Castle (Northern and Bakerloo lines + Overground)
- Numerous bus stops within a 2-7 min walk
- large Sainsburys and Elephant Park around the corner
- Mercato Metropolitano (food hall) and Sayer Street (cute food street) with a 10 min walk

A bit about me, I’m 26, I love to travel, plan trips, and try new foods and experiences, so if you’re looking for someone to try out a new restaurant or hobby, I’m definitely up for it! I used to work as a photographer, so I’m very happy to be your Instagram best friend. I enjoy concerts and theatre, and I love to bake, so I’m hoping for a flatmate who doesn’t mind being plied with brownies, madelines, and Japanese chiffon strawberry shortcake as the mood strikes.

I'm looking for someone aged 23+, friendly, clean, and fun. I’d love to have a person who would like to be friends as well as flatmates! I’m not too bothered about WFH, but I WFH a couple of days a week, so I’d just need to use the main space occasionally for meetings.
