Friendly LGBTQ flat available in Near Elephant and Castle. I have lived in the property for the last two years with friends and they have now decided they to buy/ get a place on their own respectively and I cant bring myself to part with the place.

Of the rooms available Bedroom 1 is the smallest hence the smallest rent.

Bedroom 2 is currently the one I currently occupy.

Bedroom 3 comes with its own shower, sink and toilet hence the larger price.

The area is great and being so close to Elephant and Kennington stations and elephant park so it’s easy to get around, grab a coffee or a bite to eat.

I am a working professional ideally looking for similar from whoever takes the rooms. I work in accounting and work from home most Mondays and every Friday. I’m a fairly social creature and happy to have a chat, have a coffee, watch movies etc and happy to answer any questions you might have about me or the apartment.

Beds and bedside tables are in each bedroom with spacious wardrobes in each as well. Each room also comes with some small shelves and dials for individual room underfloor heating.

The living room has its own underfloor heating as well which also feeds the main bathroom. I have my TV currently in the living room. equipped with streaming services.

The Council Tax band is D.
EPC Rating is C.

The flat is only let as a year long lease for the whole apartment. From the start of May. Individual rooms can’t be rented.

The prices for each room are indicative and up for negotiation.

Bills are separate and not included in rent approximately £400.00 split evenly (approx £133.00) includes WIFI, Thames Water, EDF and Council Tax. We use Splitwise at the end of each month for rent and all of the above.
