• In front of a big Morrisons and walking distance to Sainsbury/Tesco
• Great coffee shop nearby
• Several cross-fit gyms and normal gyms < 10 min walk

How much?
Base rent is £1750pcm re-evaluated every May.
With all charge included bit less than £2000 I would say.
