She enjoys reading, dancing, the gym, Netflix and the occasional girly night in or out. She spends alternate weekends visiting family, when you’ll have the flat to yourself.

I’m aiming to leave around mid March but it’s flexible. There's no minimum term - ideally you'd like to stay for min 8 months until the lease expires/renews.
