Room in Zone 1 - Available July 3

Hello, I am sadly departing with my room in Elephant and Castle, which will be available from the 3rd of July.
The house and room are fully furnished with two toilets, a large kitchen, seperate living room with TV and dining table, and balcony.
The room has shelving, a closet, and decent floor space, as well as a double bed.
There are three housemates, two amazing young women and an awesome young man, that you will be living with - all very kind, clean, and social people.
The location is more than desirable, with over 16 accessible bus routes, 2 underground lines, and an overground/thameslink station for access all over London and beyond.
Lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby too.
This is not a sublet, it is a lease takeover (just to preface).
