Bright double room in Elephant & Castle

Unfortunately my visa is expiring soon and I have to move back to NZ. I’m looking for someone to join our cosy flat in Elephant and Castle (zone 1/2)! The room is a semi-furnished double room (comes with bed, wardrobe and bedside table but I can sell any of the other pieces to you if needed), gets beautiful natural light through two big windows and is perfect for someone wanting a chill, comfortable home. The flat has a kitchen/dining living room and a balcony looking out to the Shard which is perfect when it starts to get warmer.

Even though it's quite central, the neighbourhood feels homely- there are lots of cute cafes, restaurants and bars all within a short walk. Gyms and parks are also close by, and the tube station (Bakerloo & Northern line) and buses make for a very easy commute to most areas.

You’ll be living with one kiwi girl and one Irish guy (both 28) who have been living in London for the past three years and who have become friends through living together. They are working professionals who love a good laugh, watching Love Island, and making the flat feel like a home 🧡

We’re looking for someone who is:

- A tidy, considerate working professional;
- Experienced living with housemates and easygoing;
- Happy to chip in fairly with cleaning and shared essentials;
- Enjoys spending time together whilst also respecting each others privacy
