Looking for a new flatmate for a 2 bed 2 bath flat 2 minutes from Elephant & Castle tube station with stunning sunsets over the London Eye (£1,300pcm).
I am a 29 year old lawyer who enjoys pilates, watching reality tv, going to my book club, seeing friends and having a glass of wine in my spare time.
I work quite late most weeknights so would want someone who is up for a chat but quite chilled / not a big partier during the week.
The room has a built in double wardrobe and space for a small desk (which comes with the flat) and panoramic views of the city skyline. You would also have your own large bathroom.
The building has a free gym, a cinema room and a very cute coffee shop right downstairs with Mercato Metropolitano a stones throw away!
