Double room in Elephant and Castle Zone 1

Hiya,

I am moving in with my partner, so my room is up for grabs starting the weekend of April 12th/13th!

Rent is £900 and bills are roughly £100.

The House & Location:

It’s a really lovely, spacious house in a highly central location (5-8 min walk from the station). It comes with plenty of room and fantastic storage space. You will also be right on the doorstep of some great local cafes and shops, including Gail's, Joe & The Juice, many local and independent places, and Mercato Metropolitano.

You will also be literally be across the road from The Gym Group and a Sainos, but there's also a Morrisons and Tescos close by as well.

The house has:

- A large kitchen and dining area

-A big lounge area and another dining area

-Two bathrooms

-A garden

-4 Bedrooms

-Storage space

-a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher (pretty good for zone 1).

The Housemates:

You will be sharing with three friendly young professionals:

Rachel (USA): Works in tech.

Berfin (Turkey): Works in law.

George (England): Works in finance.

They are all between 27 and 29 years old. We are ideally looking for someone close to that age bracket.

The vibe:

It’s a great house with a lovely international vibe. I am good friends with the housemates and will be sad to leave, but will probably visit often. We host the occasional house party but otherwise like to keep things lowkey during the week. Ideally we are looking for someone clean and tidy but who is also sociable.
