Looking for a calm and respectful flatmate to take over a beautiful double room with a private washroom in Elephant and Castle.

The room is on the 8th floor and comes with an incredible view of The Shard, especially at night. The flat is just a 3 minute walk from the tube station, making it super convenient and well connected to central London.

This is a peaceful home, not a party house, so I am looking for someone who values a quiet and comfortable living environment. Keeping the space clean and tidy is important, just basic everyday upkeep so it feels nice to come home to.

A bit about me: I’m friendly and easygoing, enjoy going out, and also love the occasional movie night at home. And if you enjoy Indian food, you’re in luck, I love cooking and make a pretty great spread 🙂
