£1000 + £157 (gas/elec, wifi, water)
I'm looking for someone to take over the room until the lease ends. The other housemates are currently looking for a new tenant from May 10 onwards, so there is a possibility that you'll be able to stay longer if they enjoy living with you.
PS. I might take the bed and desk, so if you have your own, feel free to bring them.
