I’m looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bed apartment in The Strata (SE1), available from April. The room comes with a private bathroom. The flat is fully furnished with a large floor-to-ceiling window and a great city view. The building has 24h concierge, secure entry, and parcel lockers, so it’s very safe and convenient.

About me:
I’m currently studying at UAL. I have a relatively regular routine and keep shared spaces clean and organised. I enjoy cooking (mostly Chinese food) and occasionally having meals or small gatherings with friends, but I’m mindful of personal space. I’m outgoing but not intrusive — easy to hang out with, but also respect boundaries. I’m also an amateur photographer with full equipment, so I can help take photos if that’s something you enjoy.

Lifestyle:
Non-smoker, no loud noise, and I maintain a tidy environment. I value a comfortable and respectful living atmosphere rather than strict rules.

Looking for:
Open to any gender, couples welcome. No smoking indoors. Ideally someone who is clean, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces and boundaries.
