Elephant & Castle – Long-term Room Sublet (2B2B, with 2 cats 🐱)

I’m looking to sublet my room starting from April 2026, as I will be leaving the UK. I’ve lived here for 4 years, and I’m hoping to find a kind, tidy, and stable working professional female to take over my room 🙋‍♀️

This is a modern high-rise apartment in Elephant & Castle, with large south- and west-facing windows, offering amazing natural light ☀️ (which, if you’ve lived in London, you know is a HUGE bonus in winter!)

The building includes:

Common room
Rooftop garden 🌲

📍 Location & Transport

The neighbourhood is safe, convenient, and lively, with:

A small garden and several pubs downstairs
Great greenery and atmosphere

Within 10 minutes walking distance, you’ll find:

Train & underground stations
Two Chinese supermarkets
Sainsbury’s

There is also a bus stop right downstairs with direct routes to many areas in London 🚍

🐱 About the Flat

We currently have two adorable British Shorthair cats staying in the flat — very friendly, affectionate, and well-behaved 🐾

Preferred stay: Long-term (at least until January next year)
Rent: £1500 per month
