I'm sadly moving out of this gorgeous 3-bedroom home in the Elephant & Castle / Borough area and am looking for someone to take my place. The flat has a south-facing garden and a spacious living room that gets loads of natural light. The bedroom itself faces the back of the flat, overlooking the garden — lovely and quiet.
Meet the housemates:
Cesca -(26) from Brighton loves pub trips, going to exhibitions and museums and trying out new restaurants
Lucy - (24) from Scotland loves going to the pub, Taylor Swift and hot girl coffee walks!

🏡 About the Room & House:
The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. There's also a set of chest of drawers just outside in the hallway, and a small desk currently in the living room that can easily be moved back in.

Storage-wise, the flat is really well set up — there's a spare room (too small to be a bedroom) shared between flatmates with extra space and an additional wardrobe, plus storage under the stairs.

We’re the kind of house that chats in the kitchen after work, cooks together, watches TV in the evenings, and heads out for hot girl walks or coffee dates ☕️

We love a mix of wholesome and fun

Think cosy nights in, dinner parties and binge-watching a show, but also the occasional night out and a few wines 🍷

We're looking for someone sociable, friendly, and respectful of shared space — ideally between 23–27, in full-time employment, and going into the office at least 3 days a wee (girls preferred sorry).

Bills: ~£120/month (Council Tax Band C)
Deposit: £1,153.84 (5 weeks rent) + £50 tenancy swap fee
