Room going in Friendly Elephant and Castle House

We have a double room which will be available from 7th June. The room is on the ground floor of a spacious house with a homely and laid back vibe. The area is quiet but still close to the hustle and bustle. We're 15 minute walk from Elephant and Castle station, with Burgess Park just down the road and a Lidl round the corner! The room is furnished. There's a shared kitchen, office, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers/baths), living room (with a sofa bed - plenty of room for visitors), and a garden with a fire pit!

You will be living with 4 other lovely housemates - Mike, Rosanna, Doug & Frances. All working full time and sometimes working from home - plenty of space for another to wfh too.

Rent is £885 + bills that come to around £130. We all chip in for the basics.
